Originally founded by Ross Pincott in the mid 1980s, the collection of walk leaflets has gradually expanded over the years all the while gathering many loyal repeat customers. The detailed art work for the maps is a testament to Ross's skills and exacting eye for detail.
In 2008 Ross decided to retire and the business was bought by Ian Robinson. Ian had known Ross for some years through his then job at Ambleside Tourist Information Centre where he bought Lakeland Leisure Walks packs for the centre.
