Buttermere - A wonderful introduction to the lakeside walks. Easy walking in the quiet seclusion of this idyllic lake which is surrounded by the most sublime mountain secenery.
Crummock Water - Similar to the Buttermere circuit from a different perspective. Start and finish in Buttemere village.
Scale Force - A stunning combination of spectacular Lakeland waterfall and wonderful viewa over Crummock Water to the mountains beyond.
Loweswater - Superb panoramic views in a quiet area much less frequented than the other lakes with a modest climb to take in the view with some pleasant woodland walking on the far shores of the lake.
