The first of an intended series, this is a new special circular route devised for this lovely country inn - The Masons Arms at Bowland Bridge, not too far from Bowness on Windermere. The walk takes around three hours and passes through beautiful tranquil countryside with the added bonus of a striking view over Windermere (lake) towards the Coniston and Langdale fells.
